Customer Pick Up Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY:
This energetic and organized individual is responsible for coordinating the pick up of product ordered by our customers. This person is responsible for retrieving and staging the product, assisting customers with loading of product, and handling all applicable administrative and clerical duties. This role is a blend of physical and administrative duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical labor.
Team player.
Basic computer skills.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve complete product from the manufacturing plant and stage it in the Customer Pick Up area.
Contact customers to advise of complete product.
Assist customers with loading of product.
Complete administrative and clerical duties to ensure an accurate inventory of products is maintained.Closing Date: 8/28/2010
