Thermalok Aluminum Windows

Gienow’s Thermalok windows are the perfect choice for prefabricated portable structures. The thermally broken, prefinished aluminum frame and warm edge sealed unit glazing significantly reduce heat loss typically experienced in aluminum windows.

• Prefinished extruded aluminum frame with a poured resin thermal break for increased thermal performance.
• All corners are sealed and mechanically fastened for optimal strength
• 733 Series features an integral nailing fin
  located at exterior edge for the traditional

Weatherstripping:

• Dual fin seal weatherstripping and full interlock at the meeting rail to provide excellent protection from air infiltration.

They are able to make a "T", but they are not allowed to cross.

3376 Series Aluminum Windows

Built with a rugged, low maintenance frame, Gienow’s 3376 Series Window is specially designed and engineered for prefabricated portable structure.

Features:

• Four pane horizontal slider
• Low maintenance mill finish aluminum windows with a rigid vinyl thermal break that separates the inner and outer frames.
• Welded corner construction for added strength.
• The Exterior of the window has a pre-drilled flange for easy installation.
• Non-standard sizes available
• Standard jamb sizes of 3 1/8” and 4 1/8”

Sash:

• All sashes come complete with nylon glides on the bottom of the sash and spring glides on top. Sashes are easily removed from the interior for cleaning and replacement.

• Available with various safety and obscure glass types.

• Completely weatherstripped with a poly-bond pile.

Mark IV Windows

Single pane horizontal slider or stationary windows

Features:

• Constructed of low maintenance mill finish aluminum.
  The exterior of the window has a pre-drilled flange.
  Standard jamb depth is 7/8”
  Mark IV Fixed can be installed into a Gienow Solid Core Industrial Door.

• All sashes come complete with nylon glides on the bottom of the sash and spring glides on top. Sashes are easily removed from the interior for cleaning and replacement.

• Available with various safety and obscure glass types.

• Completely weatherstripped with a poly-bond pile.

8000 Series Windows - Single pane vertical slider

Features:

• Constructed of low maintenance mill finish aluminum.
• The exterior of the window has a pre-drilled flange.
• Standard jamb depth is ¾”
• The frame has a spring loaded vinyl track which provides the seal around the sash and eases operation.
• 8000 Series Vertical Slider can be installed into a Gienow Solid Core Industrial Door.

• Sashes are made of heavy gauge roll formed aluminum and has a spring loaded pin type lock

• Available with safety and obscure glass types.

• Windows come complete with a felt type weatherstripping between the upper and lower sashes.

Solid Core Industrial Door

Gienow’s solid core industrial doors are designed for high traffic areas and inclement conditions where strength and reliability are important. Not only functional and durable, the Gienow line of doors are manufactured to exacting standards utilizing a solid wood core with embossed sheet aluminum bonded to each side. For ease of installation, the doors are pre-hung in a welded aluminum frame.

Door Panels:

• Panels are 1 3/8” or 1 ¾” Mahogany Skin with a solid core.
• Panels are covered with a 0.02” stucco embossed sheet aluminum bonded to each side.
• Available in white, bone white, yellow, and beige.
• Custom sizes available.

• The exterior door edge has a 0.05” thick aluminum surround, providing rigidity and stability.
• Doors are pre-hung in a 0.05” thick mill finish aluminum frame with a 3” x .06” full-length, vinyl covered piano hinge.
• Standard swing is to the outside with an inswing version available.

• All doors come complete with double polypropylene weatherstripping.

Doorlites:

• Venting or fixed doorlites can be installed into the door.
• Various lock and hardware drilling options.

Insulated Steel Slab in Industrial Frame

By combining a residential style steel door slab and our welded aluminum frame we are able to create a door with the beauty of a traditional door slab with the structural integrity to withstand the rigorous demands found in remote locations.

Door Panels:

• Panels are 1 ¾” polystyrene foam core with 24 gauge steel bonded to each side.
• The Exterior door edge has a 0.05” thick aluminum surround, providing rigidity and stability.
• Doors slabs are pre-primed and can be painted with synthetic or soya based alkyd enamel, or water based acrylic point.

Frame:

• The exterior door edge has a 0.05” thick aluminum surround, providing rigidity and stability.
• Doors are pre-hung in a 0.05” thick aluminum frame with a 3” x .06” full-length, vinyl covered piano hinge.
• Standard swing is to the outside with an inswing version available.

Weatherstripping:

• All doors come complete with double polypropylene weatherstripping.

Doorlites:

• Various Venting or fixed doorlites can be installed into the door.
• Various lock and hardware drilling options.
